Shipping Policy

* Processing Time: All book orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

* Shipping Time:

    * Israel: 2–5 business days

    * International: 7–14 business days

    * Express Shipping options available at checkout via DHL Express.

    * Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

 

Merchandise:

* Merchandise (such as clothing, accessories, and prints) is fulfilled and shipped by a third-party partner.

* Shipping times for merchandise may vary based on your location and product type.

* You will receive two separate tracking numbers if your order includes both a book and merchandise and you will receive the items separately.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control. We do our best to deliver your items as soon as possible!

Returns & Refunds

 

Books:

 

* All book sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

* If you receive a damaged book, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number: star333book@gmail.com. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.

 

Merchandise:

* As merchandise is fulfilled by a third-party provider, returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items.

* If there’s an issue with your merch, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll help resolve it through the provider.
